Bursting with Nature, we continue north through villages known more or less, greenhouses, Aspremont, Aspres on Buëch, etc.. Between Vercors Park to the west and the Drac valley east, the scenery is beautiful : road offers a sweeping panorama of villages with tiled roofs surrounded yellow solids, green and brown, just as fields in various stages of maturation whose colors are highlighted by soft blue mountains in the distance, under their snow-capped peaks.

Returning to the city is brutal ! Plugs, pylons, pollution, paying places… We only stay two hours in Grenoble, at the cozy bar Subway Boulevard Gambetta to see a friend. Some additional terminals and we sleep under the windows of the apartment my sister and her boyfriend, Vienna.

We settle the next day under the trees, along the Rhone where places are free and not far from downtown. La petite soeur nous fait visiter la ville, where as in Nîmes, Roman remains intersect at almost every street corner. The pyramide, vestige of the circus ; a small piece of track preserved in the hollow of a park, Temple of Augustus and Livia… and Italian ices we enjoy returning to the apartment.

Thursday we cross the Rhône walk (a bridge !) to get to Saint Romain-en-Gal. The wind with us in this change of department (Isère - Rhône), he is welcome in the 33 ° ! Temperature that drives us to seek the cool entrance museum without first wanting to visit… until the people of the home we announce it's free Thursday. So let's go (!), because so far what we have seen from the archaeological site outside was rather disappointing. The walls of the museum are all glass, leaving a clear view of the remains of the shopping area of Vienna for the first century BC. amphorae, various objects (dice, jewelry, etc.), plumbing and beautiful mosaics are gathered here between models of the current city and its twin the time. Despite the heat we hang out in the streets of the Baths, Trade, the Portico up very straight between the foundations of several houses and warehouses. It's not worth Pompeii but it is still to visit… Thursday !

Return to the apartment is in a festive atmosphere, the famous Jazz festival begins tomorrow in Vienna, but the musicians are already off the streets. We ended the afternoon on a flashmob outside City Hall (many people do not know is found on the Internet to learn a choreography example and run it in a public place at a day and time itself, surprise warranty !).

Thank you both for the welcome, showers and good vegetarian meal !
